1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the USDPT platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. No Affiliation with Western Union
USDPT is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Western Union Holdings, Inc., The Western Union Company, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. Any resemblance or similarity to third-party brands, names, or marks is purely coincidental. All trademarks and brand names referenced are the property of their respective owners.
3. Eligibility & KYC
You must be at least 18 years of age and complete a standard identity verification (KYC) process to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up and KYC, and to update such information as required.
4. Purchases & Fees
USDPT is a digital stablecoin redeemable on a 1:1 basis with the US Dollar (1 USDPT = $1.00 USD). Purchase amounts, applicable payment and delivery fees, and limit tiers are presented before you confirm a transaction. All fees are disclosed at the point of sale and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Wallet & Custody Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of any wallet address you provide and for maintaining the security of your credentials and connected wallets. USDPT sent to an incorrect or unsupported address may be unrecoverable. Custodial holdings are maintained by third-party custodians and are not insured by the FDIC or any other government agency.
6. Risks of Digital Assets
Digital assets carry inherent risks, including price volatility, regulatory changes, network failures, and potential loss of access. You acknowledge that the value and availability of USDPT may be affected by factors outside the Service's control.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access where such use is suspected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and neither USDPT nor its providers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
